TRAINING PROGRAMS
Ecological and social transitions make it necessary to transform activities, professions, and organizational models. To successfully navigate these transitions, leaders and teams need to have key insights, understand, adopt, and apply relevant methods and tools.
ATNA designs and delivers training programs aligned with its various types of support services. These programs combine presentations, critical discussions, and hands-on workshops to help embed new learnings into participants’ practices.

LOW-CARBON PRODUCTION
ATNA supports exhibition, fashion show, and performance organizers and producers in reducing the carbon footprint of their projects and more broadly, their overall activity through:
- Carbon footprint assessments and recommendations
- Development of decarbonization and climate-change adaptation plans
- Implementation of concrete solutions
- Identification of service providers and partners
- Production of studies (decarbonization and adaptation scenarios)
On decarbonization issues, ATNA works in collaboration with ARTER, VIVANTO, and LA MODE EN IMAGES.
ECO-DESIGN
ATNA supports the implementation of eco-design approaches focused on the production of exhibitions, fashion shows, and performances.
Our support may include:
- Identifying and implementing concrete solutions, in partnership with the teams at ARTER, VIVANTO and LA MODE EN IMAGES.
- Functional project management, which may include life cycle assessments (LCA)
- Evaluating eco-design practices (within an organization or an entire sector)
- Facilitating stakeholder networks (for example, to create shared tools)
- Producing studies
CSR & ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION
ATNA supports organizations in the cultural and creative industries in implementing CSR or ecological transition strategies.
- Our support may include:
- Assessing the maturity level of an organization or a specific activity (exhibition production, fashion shows, etc.)
- Developing strategies and operational action plans
- Implementing targeted initiatives (procurement, digital practices, etc.)
- Managing and communicating CSR efforts
- Facilitating stakeholder networks
