The ATNA agency is headed by Thierry Leonardi. Thierry Leonardi has been working for more than fifteen years on the environmental and social issues faced by cultural actors. After serving as the sustainability lead at the Opéra de Lyon, he spent ten years supporting numerous cultural organizations in defining and implementing their CSR strategies. Since 2020, he has led training programs on the subject in partnership with AGECIF. Thierry Leonardi has been a member of the Lucie 26000 CSR label certification committee since 2016 and is a consulting partner of the Lucie agency.
ATNA surrounds itself with a network of experts to strengthen its work. We collaborate with a trusted service provider to conduct our carbon assessments and work in partnership with AGECIF to design our training programs.
ATNA is a subsidiary of ARTER, a European agency specializing in the production of artistic and cultural events. We work closely with its team members as well as with the teams at VIVANTO, an ARTER subsidiary dedicated to live performance and contemporary art production. The ARTER ecosystem and its entities bring together around thirty talents with diverse backgrounds and training: project managers, production and coordination officers, scenographers and architects, engineers, and more.
ATNA also benefits from the expertise of the teams at La Mode en Images, a brand of the Mazarine group that ARTER joined in 2024.
